Still Surprised....

After so many years of yo-yoing my expectation is still that the scale is going to eventually stop going down and start going back up again (rationally, I know it will but not for a while).  Yesterday, for my weigh in I was down 3 more lbs.  I don't know why it was such a surprise but it was.  76.5 lbs so far.  I am 11 lbs from the 200's!  A place I haven't been in almost 5 years (since my wedding).  I'm feeling good.  I am feeling proud. I guess it will just take some time for the mental effects of years of the yo-yo will shift.  This is for good.
