Pasta, with a twist.

Tonight I tried quinoa pasta for the first time. 2oz of dry pasta is 205 calories, 1g fat, 4g protein.  I had it with a little basil pesto and added in some Perdue Short Cuts chicken for additional protein boost.  I could not quite finish all the pasta but picked out the chicken. :-) I nice change of pace for sure!  Not for every day but a good treat.
